A house only becomes a home when people find comfort and solace within it. Nish-Chintha is equipped with villas within the community space to provide an improved quality of life for all the members of the family.
With 50 villas in the community, we work towards providing homes that contribute to the well-being and growth of our children. Construction of 37 villas have been completed, and others are in different stages of progress.

Surrounded by pristine nature and a lovely view of the paddy fields, our villas offer a calm atmosphere for everyone looking for a break from the cement jungles. The central garden at Nish-Chintha also remains a leisure and relaxing space for both parents and their children.
Easy access and Utilities
The villas are well-planned around our central garden. KSEB power lines and water supply lines are laid along the villas. Captive water supply system provide purified water to all dwelling units within Nish-Chintha. These houses are also easily accessible with inner and outer roads specifically designed for this purpose.
Similar but Different
Though from outside the villas look similar, each one of them is custom planned and designed. Through this concept, families who got villas allocated, build homes that suit their individual preferences provided that they follow the basic guidelines of the community.
