What we do..
Sustainable living is our future and we consistently work towards making it a part of our everyday life. To accomplish this, the residents of Nish-Chintha have adopted specific strategies backed by science and technology in order to build the future that we aspire to live in. This dream of ours will not be just limited to the members of Nish-Chintha. Our aim is to incorporate large-scale projects in collaboration with the villages, different communities, and local leaders to ensure the growth and development of the people and this land.
Solar Energy
Using the natural source of energy that is available in abundance is one of the most important initiatives we have opted for sustainable living. Our heaters are powered by solar energy, and soon our homes will also be lit up with this clean source of energy!
Rainwater Harvesting
By developing a flawless system designed to collect rainwater and replenish groundwater, the residents of Nish-Chintha have access to a continuous water supply throughout the year. The internal water supply system also utilises the harvested rainwater to ensure an uninterrupted supply of water.
Bio-Gas Plant
We generate waste in one form or the other and it is something we cannot avoid. We have set up two biogas plants within Nish-Chintha so that all the food and cattle wastes are processed properly to minimize our footprint on the environment around us.
